Tickets of Turkish megastar Tarkan’s concert in Azerbaijani capital to be on sale as from March 30. The tickets of the concert “Vay anam vay” in Baku will be on sale in the box-office of Green Theater as from March 30.

On Wednesday students of H. Hartschool in Sibbe (Limburg) have celebrated Azerbaijani Spring Fest -Novruz.
The Fest started with lighting the bonfire celebration by spring boy and girl in traditional Azerbaijani customs, followed by children's charity actions. The charity aims to provide financial help for the National Institute for blind people in Baku, Azerbaijan. By selling self-made products children were able to raise total of 2100 euros. The event was organized by Irada Ulukhanova and Selman Ulukhanov of Azerbaijani descent, who made sure that the event went smoothly in a enjoyable atmosphere. Sweet Azerbaijani pastries were also served to all students! Azeriunited would like to show appreciation to all students and organizers!

Azerbaijanis of Tallinn marked Novruz |

On March 20th, 2008 Azerbaijanis living in Estonia marked Novruz. The celebration took place in the city capital - Tallinn (district Lasnamaë) at the Lindakivi Cultural Centre.
A Puppet Theatre show was presented at the Cultural Centre for those who could not attend one in Baku, Azerbaijan. Actors incredible puppeteer skills brought children's Novruz stories to life and made the show very enjoyable to watch. Novruz celebration staged many more Folk and cultural performances. Chairman Niyazi Haciyev of Azerbaijani community '' Aydan'' in Estonia thanked everyone for coming out and attending this joyful event. And of course no Azerbaijani celebration is fully complete without traditional home-made pastries made by attendees. The celebration ended with a great disco party!
