Several Armenian sources admitted population of Lachin region with Kurds, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov told journalists when asked if Azerbaijani occupied lands are populated by terrorists of PKK Kurdish party. e said special UN mission had admitted placement of 8,000 people on the occupied territories.

The number of foreign tourists, visiting Azerbaijan, is rising by 11% every year. The due announcement was made by Elchin Gafarov, expert of internal tourism department under the head tourism department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Last year 1,300,000 foreign tourists visited Azerbaijan last year.

Armenians break ceasefire in Terter and Fizuli PDF Print E-mail
Armenian armed forces locating in the occupied lands of Azerbaijan violated ceasefire on February 26 and 27 again. According to the press service for the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan, the Armenian armed forces fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani armed forces locating just opposite their posts near Goyarkh, Chayli and Chileburt villages of Terter and Gorgan village of Fizuli. The enemy used submachine and machine guns, according to the information. Armenians were stopped by response fire. No casualties were reported.

Turkish parliament holds hearings on Armenian-committed Khojaly massacre in Azerbaijan PDF Print E-mail

Ankara. Mayis Alizade-APA. Turkish parliament has today focused its attention on the 16th anniversary of Khojaly massacre.
APA’s Turkey bureau reports it was noted that the 16th anniversary of Khojaly massacre was marked in different countries of the world. Head of Turkey-Azerbaijan friendship group of the parliament Mustafa Kabakci gave broad information about the atrocity committed by Armenians in Khojaly.
