Nejef Bey Vezirov (1854-1926)

One of the founders of the tragic genre of Azerbaijani literature. 

He first  managed to stage the comedies ''Haji Qara'' and '' Serguzeshti veziri khan Lenkoran'' (Adventures of the Lenkoran Khan's vizier) by M. F. Akhundov in 1873 in Baku.
