Chingiz Abdullayev (1959)

One of the well known figures of contemporary Azerbaijani literature. 

According  to the rating of popularity he is included into the top three of most sympathetic authors in CIS countries. He authored 600 books published in 23 countries in 16 languages. The total edition of the books of Chingiz Abdullayev is more than 20 million copies. His books are named '' The National Export of Azerbaijan''. The novel ''Blue Angels'', '' The Law of Scoundrels'', '' Better to be Holly'', '' The Shadow of Hirod'', ''Three colours of blood'' have been included into golden fund of world detective literature.
