2 billions $ was planned to spend on prolonging the boulvard into both directions...I think that most of this money will be stolen..and we will see only the poor picture after 5- 10 years

Default I see it this way

I like the picture, and I hope I'm wrong in my toughts, but I see Baku this way :




Because the same bribe builders build it, they build all those buildings with cheap cement, there is socaled beton/concreet, but that's not it, its just like sand,and the metal that they use is most qualityless metals, so the buildings dont stand a chance to hold up. as few months ago one of the buildgs fell down, and more than 100 people died.
So if you ask me ? no I dont thing to see that beautiful Baku in 10 years.
But I still hope to :-) .
